Full Professor, Dr. Goran Marjanović, is an internist and subspecialist in hematology. He is employed at the Clinic of Hematology, Allergy, and Clinical Immunology, University Clinical Center Niš, and at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Niš. Since 2012, he has been the Head of the course “Fundamentals of Immunology with Pharmaceutical Immunology,” and since 2024, he has served as the Head of the “Laboratory for Medical Genetics” at the Faculty of Medicine in Niš.
He has a special interest in congenital and acquired immunodeficiencies, lymphomas, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. He is the author and co-author of scientific publications in national and international journals (ORCID) and has written several textbook chapters in the fields of internal medicine, nephrology, pharmacology, and immunology.
He completed advanced training at the Wilhelminen Hospital in Vienna, Austria, and at the Azienda Ospedaliera San Camillo–Forlanini in Rome, Italy. He is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of the Balkan Union of Oncology. He speaks English and Italian.
